Losing up to 100 strains a day is normal, but what goes above this limit should definitely concern you. Hair loss is disliked and feared by both men and women alike, so this is why hair loss remedies are very popular. There is indeed medication that doctors can prescribe in order to cure hair loss but it is usually based on hormones and many people avoid taking it because, as you probably know already, it can have very unpleasant side effects. This being the case, many people try to solve their hair loss problem with natural remedies. There are plenty of these available, but their efficacy differs from person to person and their effects might need a while to become visible.

Many people consider that massaging their scalp vigorously at least once a day for ten or fifteen minutes is controlling and preventing hair loss. Your kitchen can also provide hair loss remedies because olive oil it's a nourishing ingredient. You can prepare masks from olive oil combined with egg yolk and honey and apply them onto your hair. Keep them for around half an hour and then rinse and wash your hair. It will grow healthy and shiny and it will become very resistant.

Other home made masks include mango fruit, lime seeds mixed with pepper seeds, amla powder mixed with egg yolk and mustard oil boiled with henna leaves. When it comes to herbs that are hair loss remedies, the great majority can be found at Indian shops because they are widely used in the Indian medicine. For example you can make yourself an entirely natural shampoo by boiling amla, shikahai and reetha in two liters of water. When there is only half of the liquid left, your shampoo is ready. Wash your hair with it for at least a month in order to be able to see the effects. You will notice how these Indian plants will make your hair thicker.

Dal lentil together with fenugreek seeds can be grinded and the powder obtained can be mixed with yogurt in order to make a paste that should be applied on the scalp and kept for at least two hours.

Drinking spinach juice, lettuce juice or alfalfa juice can also help your hair grow beautifully. It is also efficient to keep in mind some simple advice that will make the results of the treatment become visible earlier. It is not recommended to wash your hair more than two times a week and make sure that the water is not too hot. Also take care that you don't damage your hair when combing it.
